This privacy policy only applies to websites owned and operated by Monksilver Parish Council.

When you visit our website no name, address or specific user details are recorded from site visits, we do capture IP addresses but we will not attempt to identify individuals from such information unless necessary to investigate a breach of law or regulation. We will retain this information for 24 months.

We do not pass on your details to any third party or government department unless you give us the permission to do so or the law requires/permits it.

You can request to see a copy of your personal information that we hold by submitting a subject access request.
