Under data protection legislation, we have a legal obligation to protect your personal information. We also undertake to only hold your information for as long as is necessary for providing a service to you.
When you visit our website no name, address or specific user details are recorded from site visits, we do capture IP addresses but we will not attempt to identify individuals from such information unless necessary to investigate a breach of law or regulation. We will retain this information for 24 months.
We do not pass on your details to any third party or government department unless you give us the permission to do so or the law requires/permits it.
You can request to see a copy of your personal information that we hold by submitting a subject access request.
If you choose to complete any of our online forms, we will use the personal information you have provided to deal with your request. This may mean we need to pass your details on to a third-party service provider we use to provide services on our behalf, in the course of dealing with your request. How long we retain your data
Should you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
